Booking & Arrival
Do I need to book in advance?
We strongly recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends, school holidays, and party bookings. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. Online booking guarantees your session time.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked session time. This allows time for check-in, changing into grip socks, and receiving your safety briefing.
What happens if I arrive late?
Unfortunately, we cannot extend session times for late arrivals as this would impact other customers. We recommend allowing extra time for travel, especially during busy periods.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, please see our Terms & Conditions for our full cancellation policy. Generally, cancellations more than 14 days in advance receive a full refund.
Pricing & Payment
How much does a session cost?
Session prices vary depending on the day and time. Please check our booking page for current pricing. Party packages include food and a dedicated party room.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for online bookings. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer competitive rates for groups and party bookings. Please contact us directly for group enquiries of 15 or more.
Are grip socks included in the price?
Grip socks are available for purchase separately. Once purchased, you can bring them back for future visits. Grip socks are mandatory for all participants on the inflatables.
Safety & Health
What are the age restrictions?
Our main inflatable area is suitable for children aged 4 and over. Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult on the equipment. We also have a dedicated soft play area for babies and toddlers aged 0-4 years.
Are there any weight restrictions?
For safety reasons, we have a maximum weight limit of 120kg (19 stone) for participants on the inflatable equipment. This is based on manufacturer specifications.
Can pregnant women use the inflatables?
For safety reasons, we do not permit pregnant women to use the inflatable equipment. You are welcome to supervise from our viewing area and enjoy our café facilities.
What if I have a medical condition?
If you have heart, back, neck, bone, or muscle conditions, we advise against participating. Please see our Safety Information page and consult your doctor if you are unsure.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all participants (or their parent/guardian for under-18s) must complete a safety waiver before participating. This can be done on arrival or in advance.
What to Wear & Bring
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity is recommended. Avoid clothing with zips, buckles, or sharp decorations. Long hair should be tied back.
Why are grip socks required?
Grip socks provide traction on the inflatable surfaces and help prevent slipping. They also maintain hygiene standards. You can purchase grip socks from us or bring your own from a previous visit.
What about jewellery and accessories?
All jewellery, watches, and accessories must be removed before using the equipment. We provide free lockers to store your belongings safely.
Can I wear glasses?
Glasses are permitted but worn at your own risk. We recommend securing them with a strap or leaving them with your belongings. Contact lenses are fine.
Food & Drink
Do you have a café?
Yes! We have an on-site café serving hot and cold drinks, snacks, and light meals. Our viewing area allows parents to relax while keeping an eye on their children.
Can I bring outside food?
Outside food and drink is not permitted, except for birthday cakes for party bookings, baby food, and baby milk. Special dietary items may be brought by prior arrangement.
Can you cater for allergies?
Please inform us of any allergies when booking, especially for party packages. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, but we will do our best to accommodate requirements.
Parties & Events
What ages are party packages for?
Our party packages are suitable for children aged 4 and above. We can accommodate parties for all ages, including teen and adult celebrations!
What is included in a party package?
Party packages include exclusive session time, a private party room, party food and drinks for all guests, and a dedicated party host. Check our booking page for full package details.
How many guests can I have?
Minimum and maximum guest numbers vary by package. Generally, we require a minimum of 10 children for party bookings. Please contact us for larger group enquiries.
Can I bring my own party decorations?
You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake and basic decorations (balloons, banners). Please avoid items that could create a mess or hazard. Confetti and glitter are not permitted.
Can adults join in?
Absolutely! We encourage parents and guardians to join the fun. Adult participants pay the standard session rate and must follow all safety rules.

Do you have parking?
Yes, we have free on-site parking for all visitors.
Is there WiFi available?
Yes, free WiFi is available throughout the venue for all visitors.
Do you have lockers?
Yes, we provide free secure lockers for storing your belongings while you bounce.
Can parents supervise without participating?
Absolutely! We have a comfortable viewing area and café where adults can relax and watch their children play. Non-participating adults do not need to pay an entry fee.
What if I lose something?
Please check with our reception before leaving. For lost property enquiries after your visit, email us at bookings@inflatableworldcookstown.com with a description of the item. We cannot take responsibility for lost belongings.
