1. Introduction

Welcome to Inflatable World. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, booking services, and visit to our premises. By making a booking or visiting Inflatable World, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Inflatable World is operated by Inflatable World Cookstown Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland (Company Number: NI733838), with registered address at 17-20 Kilcronagh Business Park, Cookstown, Northern Ireland, BT80 9HJ.

2. Definitions

• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Inflatable World Cookstown Ltd
• "You", "Your" refers to the customer making a booking or visiting our premises
• "Booking" refers to any reservation made through our website or other channels
• "Session" refers to the allocated time slot for using our facilities
• "Party Package" refers to our private party booking options
• "Guest" refers to any person attending under your booking

3. Booking Terms

3.1 Making a Booking

• Bookings can be made online through our website or by telephone
• All bookings are subject to availability
• A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email
• The person making the booking must be 18 years of age or over
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of booking details provided

3.2 Party Packages

• Party packages are charged per person based on the number of guests attending
• Minimum and maximum guest numbers apply as specified at the time of booking
• Food and drink inclusions are as stated in your chosen package
• Additional guests beyond the original booking may be added subject to availability and at additional cost
• Dietary requirements must be communicated at least 48 hours before your party

3.3 Session Bookings

• Session times are strictly allocated; please arrive 15 minutes before your session
• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time; no refunds will be given for late arrival
• Sessions end promptly at the stated time to allow preparation for the next booking

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated
• We accept payment via major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider (Revolut)
• Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price quoted at the time of booking
• Any promotional discounts are subject to their specific terms and conditions

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 14 days before: Full refund
• 7-14 days before: 50% refund or full credit for rebooking
• Less than 7 days before: No refund, but booking may be rescheduled subject to availability (one reschedule only)
• No-shows: No refund will be given for no-shows

5.2 Cancellation by Inflatable World

In the unlikely event we need to cancel your booking (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances, equipment failure, or force majeure), we will offer you:

• A full refund, or
• An alternative date/time at no additional cost

5.3 How to Cancel

To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us by email at bookings@inflatableworldcookstown.com or by telephone as soon as possible. Cancellations will take effect from the date we receive your notification.

5.4 Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have additional statutory rights. For leisure services booked to take place on a specific date, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once we have started providing the service with your agreement.

6. Safety Rules and Entry Conditions

6.1 General Safety Rules

• All participants must wear grip socks on the inflatables (available for purchase)
• No outdoor shoes are permitted on the inflatable equipment
• Remove all jewellery, watches, and sharp objects before playing
• Empty pockets of hard or sharp items
• No food or drink on the inflatables
• No flips, somersaults, or rough play
• Follow all instructions from our staff at all times
• One person per section unless otherwise indicated
• Enter and exit equipment safely using designated areas

6.2 Health Restrictions

For your safety, we advise that the following individuals should not use our inflatable equipment:

• Anyone with heart conditions or recent surgery
• Anyone with neck, back, or spinal problems
• Anyone who is pregnant
• Anyone with joint or bone conditions that may be aggravated
• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Anyone with open wounds or infectious conditions

If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult your doctor before booking.

6.3 Age and Supervision Requirements

• Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult on the equipment
• Children aged 4-12 must have a responsible adult (18+) supervising from the viewing area at all times
• Adults (18+) may participate at their own discretion
• Height and weight restrictions apply to certain equipment as displayed

7. Waivers and Liability

7.1 Waiver Requirement

All participants (or their parent/guardian for under-18s) must complete and sign a safety waiver before participating. This waiver acknowledges the inherent risks of physical activity on inflatable equipment.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

• Participation is at your own risk. Physical activities carry inherent risks of injury
• We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance
• We are not liable for injuries caused by failure to follow safety rules or staff instructions
• We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings (lockers are provided)
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

7.3 Your Responsibilities

• Ensure all members of your party follow the safety rules
• Supervise children in your care at all times
• Report any incidents, injuries, or equipment concerns to staff immediately
• You are responsible for any damage caused by wilful misconduct or negligence

8. Food, Drinks and Allergies

8.1 Food Service

• Food and drinks are included in party packages as specified
• Additional items can be purchased from our menu
• Outside food and drink is not permitted except for birthday cakes and special dietary items by prior arrangement

8.2 Allergies and Dietary Requirements

We take food allergies seriously. Please note:

• Inform us of all allergies and dietary requirements when booking
• Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs
• While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment
• Allergen information is available for all menu items upon request
• We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options where stated

9. Behaviour and Conduct

We want everyone to have a fun and safe experience. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the premises without refund if they:

• Behave in an aggressive, threatening, or anti-social manner
• Appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Repeatedly fail to follow safety rules or staff instructions
• Damage equipment or property
• Endanger themselves or others
• Use abusive language or behaviour towards staff or other guests

10. Photography and Video

• Personal photography and video for private use is permitted
• Commercial photography requires prior written permission
• We may take photographs or video for promotional purposes; please inform staff if you do not wish to be included
• Please be respectful of other guests when taking photos

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Inflatable World Cookstown Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

12. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By making a booking, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
