Important Safety Notice
All participants must follow our safety rules at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund. These rules are in place to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
Before You Arrive
- ✓Arrive at least 15 minutes before your session for check-in and safety briefing
- ✓Wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity
- ✓Ensure you or your child are in good health and fit to participate
- ✓Bring or purchase grip socks (mandatory for all participants)
- ✓Review these safety rules with all members of your group
Health Restrictions
For your safety, we strongly advise against participation if you have any of the following conditions:
- Heart conditions or pacemakers
- Back, neck, or spinal problems
- Recent surgery or injuries
- Bone or joint conditions
- Breathing difficulties or asthma
- Pregnancy (any stage)
- Open wounds or infections
- Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, please consult your doctor before participating. If in doubt, please speak to our staff.
Age & Size Restrictions
Children Under 4 Years
Must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) on the equipment at all times. We have a dedicated soft play area designed specifically for babies and toddlers.
Children Aged 4-12 Years
Must have a responsible adult (18+) present in the venue at all times, supervising from the viewing area. Adults may also participate.
Weight Limit
Maximum weight limit of 120kg (19 stone) applies to all inflatable equipment. This is based on manufacturer safety specifications and is strictly enforced for your safety.
What to Wear
Do Wear
- ✓ Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
- ✓ T-shirts, leggings, joggers, or shorts
- ✓ Hair tied back securely
- ✓ Grip socks (mandatory – available for purchase)
Don't Wear
- ✗ Jeans with studs or rivets
- ✗ Clothing with zips, buckles, or sharp edges
- ✗ Jewellery, watches, or accessories
- ✗ Outdoor shoes on the equipment
About Grip Socks
Grip socks are mandatory for all participants on the inflatable equipment. They provide essential grip on the surfaces and help prevent slipping. You can purchase them from reception or bring your own from a previous visit. Regular socks or bare feet are not permitted.
Rules on the Equipment
Strictly Prohibited
- ✗Flips, somersaults, or gymnastics
- ✗Rough play, pushing, or wrestling
- ✗Running on the equipment
- ✗Food, drink, or chewing gum
- ✗Mobile phones or cameras on equipment
- ✗Climbing on netting or barriers
Always Required
- ✓Follow staff instructions at all times
- ✓Use designated entry/exit points
- ✓One person per section unless indicated
- ✓Report any issues to staff immediately
- ✓Be aware of others around you
- ✓Empty pockets of all items
Supervision Requirements
Inflatable World does not take responsibility for the supervision of children. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children at all times while on our premises.
- • At least one adult (18+) must remain on the premises for every group of children
- • Adults must supervise children from the viewing area or by participating
- • We operate a no drop-off policy – children cannot be left unattended
- • Adults are responsible for ensuring children follow safety rules
Safety Waiver
All participants (or their parent/guardian for under-18s) must complete and sign a safety waiver before using the equipment. The waiver acknowledges:
- • Physical activity carries inherent risks of injury
- • You confirm you have read and understood the safety rules
- • You confirm you are in good health and fit to participate
- • You agree to follow all safety rules and staff instructions
Waivers can be completed on arrival at reception. For party bookings, please ensure all guests have a signed waiver.
In Case of Emergency
- • All our staff are trained in first aid and emergency procedures
- • First aid facilities are available on site
- • Report any injuries or incidents to staff immediately
- • In an emergency, follow staff instructions and proceed to the nearest exit
- • Fire exits and assembly points are clearly marked
